How does the pay-per-use pricing work?

You're charged $1 per attendee (per day) for each webcast. There are no monthly fees or hidden costs. You only pay for the actual number of attendees who join your live event. For example, if you have a 100 person event and 50 people attend, you'll be charged $50.

How & when do we pay?

You purchase credits at a 1:1 ratio. Credit never expires and can be used for any event you broadcast. You can purchase credits via credit card and they'll be added to your account immediately.

Do I need a third party CDN?

Yes! Countdown is designed to work with your preferred CDN. This let's you choose the best one for your business, and let's us focus on developing the best features around it.

Is there a limit to the number of attendees?

Countdown is built to scale. Whether you're hosting 10 or 10,000 attendees, our platform can handle it.

When will you launch?

We're hoping to start beta testing in December. We'll send out invites to our waitlist as we get closer. There will be no fees during the beta.
